Well we had a problem watching the movie because the sound system wasn't working and we did get a raibcheck but it would have been nice to also be reimbursed for the snacks we had purchased.

Employees very polite and helpful. Theater is very clean and doesn't smell like mildew. It smells nice and u are able to enjoy the movie.

I like that fact that the amount of kids allowed late has been limited. It makes it a pleasant place to watch a movie when u don't have all these juveniles running g around being silly. I also like the new food selections. The Santikos card is also a plus.
