What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I usually go to the Bijou theater because it doesn't show kids movies which means no kids running around, no babies crying, no kids talking loud. No distractions whatsoever, so i get to sit and relax and enjoy the movie in peace

We love the great atmosphere, the seating is extremely comfortable, and it's just way better than it used to be. The renovations were awesome. We enjoyed the party room and the help Marissa Trinidad provided getting everything together. She and her team did an outstanding job for my son's surprise birthday party. We love the Mayan and the great customer service.

I love that you upgraded all your theaters with the reclining chairs, bar area, and food.

On the other hand, your web site and your app are in bad shape. there are times where I can log in and even worst is when I have to cancel show tics. You really need to work on these issues.
