Staff helpful & friendly they work hard at cleaning up theaters , people just leave the floors with lots of popcorn on them, nacho containers just thrown down , spilt drinks. I understand the employees are hired to do various jobs including cleaning up theater before next showing, but come on people it wouldn’t hurt to clean up after yourselves! But that’s not going to keep us from returning, we will keep clean up our trash. Thank You

The recliner seating is great! I'm so glad that our theater was updated. I also enjoy the rewards that I get from the rewards program. I love the freestyle coke machines and my family and friends always have a good time when we go.

Remodeled with reclining seats

I think the reward system needs to be improved. We are not receiving enough credit for the dollars that we spend with the movie tickets or at the concession stand.

You need to have restrooms at the entrance of your theater for the screens that you have to the immediate left and right.

Adding the tables in the front lobby was an excellent idea. You have very courteous employees and managers.

I like the remodeling that you have done.

It is great to see visible security. We feel very safee.

I had stopped going to the Mayan a few years ago after seeing how the people treated the theater. Now that it's remodeled it's the only theater i want to go to because its close to my house and the seats are great!

But, I think that there should be employees constantly checking the room for people not following the rules. Last night I went to watch Deadpool 2 with a friend and didnt event enjoy the movie because the people behind us talked the whole time. They were all together and the man answered the phone 4 times and had long conversations like if he were at home.

I didn't go to the lobby and complain because i knew the guest wouldve tried arguing with me during the movie. I didn't move seats because they were loud enough to be heard wherever you sat in the room.

After the movie we exchanged words in the lobby and they said they were allowed to talk and answer the phone during the movie because they paid, excuse me? I paid too, so I want to watch the movie in silence. After they argued with us one of the men in the group followed my friend and i to the parking lot until we looked back and he stopped.

I will go back to this theater but if we could get employees to check the room constantly that would be great! thanks!

This is close to my house, I love the memories were my daughter used to work here, people are the best. I just like everything about all Santikos Theaters.

Clean and fast moving lines

Wonderful experience, seats were comfortable, popcorn yummy, friendly staff. Would Deffinatly recommend to anyone. Pride of the South side of San Antonio!!

I don't like long lines at the concession. This theater is fast, even on popcorn refills so you don't miss your movie.

We loved everything about the theatre. We were welcomed with a smiling face, served with respect, and felt at home.

Reclining seats. Cup holders. Bar. Fried pickles with ranch dressing. Security monitored parking. Proximity to my Podunk town, Devine. Food options. Reserved seating. Rewards program. Cleanliness. Lots of restrooms. Some theatres have little tables at their seats, that would be nice. If I did not have to get up during the movie to get another beer that would be nice. I love my Mayan!

Customer service and cleanliness is what brings my family back to the Mayan we used to go to the Palladium but we moved to the Southside and liked the location and customer service. Since the new remodel we really enjoy the cleanliness and do tell others to try this theater!
