What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I liked the cushioned reclining seats and the fair pricing for movies, However, ALL of the arcades are extremely overpriced and that is why they are always unoccupied collecting dust instead of generating a steady flow of income. $2.00 for a 3 button fighting game? No Thanks. $0.75 for Ms. Pacman? What no way. $3.00 for a two player bout on Mario Kart? Pass. In this day and age with home consoles, pc and mobile gaming so cheap and always available, it is no wonder nobody wants to pay $1-2 per game. That's the entire price of some pretty decent games or apps. Otherwise everything great!

The recliners more than anything I went to casa Blanca and they don't recline so I didn't like it because I like to go and sit down recline back and just relax

Enjoy this Theatre since its close by also friendly employees always have a smile & they seem like they enjoy their job Also the other day I was purchasing popcorn & drinks this elderly gentlemen was at register& employee had so much patience with him also explained to elderly what he was purchasing & also let him know he had rewards if he wanted to use them or save points & what it could it be used for& didn't even look annoyed or anything wish I would've paid attention to his name to put it here so he may be recognized for good job skills 👍

Last night my experience there was horrible. I purchased my tickets online and when I got there someone was in my seat. I politely told them it was the best I paid for. They kept arguing that it was their seat. I then called an employee whom took more than 10 minutes to figure out what seat was which. I am in a wheelchair, I ALWAYS purchase a regular and a companion seat plus two elsewhere. I actually know how that works but the employee seemed lost. There is another theater closer to my home but I choose the Mayan because of the comfort and pricing. Please keep employees educated on how to read seat numbers. Thank you!!!
