What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Clean and the staff was very helpful. I lost my phone and the usher looked then the manager went back and looked again. They did more than asked to help me. Also the movie stopped and the screen was dark but the attendants were very quick to fix it and go back to the place where it broke so that we saw the entire show

The ability to select your seats is the best feature. I also like the expanded concession stands that include more than just the typical "movie" food.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The whole experience was great. We are retired and love being able to come to the theater on a weekday usually a Tuesday or Thursday, we are able to select good seats for us. We get to the theater a few minutes before the scheduled time, get our snacks at the concession then on to the movie sitting in very comfortable seats. We find the employees to be very friendly and helpful.

Everyone is polite and not trying to make you feel like a criminal who is trying to sneak in dinner or something. They respect people and make your visit a good, enjoyable experience! My friends and I love going there to enjoy a good movie and fresh, hot popcorn!
