Excellent Movies, Popcorn, and the kind of Customer Service that is Courteous yet Professional. I'm not looking for new friends or conversation when I go there. I go there to not think about having to be friendly and just to "get lost/escape" in the Movie going experience from the time that I enter the theater, buy popcorn, And while watchthe movie. The Movie Theater for me is a Place to Get Away from it all.... for just a little while at least....

Movie ticket prices are reasonable, the cleanliness of the theaters, the hospitable crews who work at your theater. The only thing I don't like is your concession costs but I'll live with it as your theaters are a million times better than Regal Cinemas.

Everything. There is nothing to Not like at Silverado. You still have the best fountain machines compared to the likes of Palladium. Silverado, to me is the best theater in San Antonio and probably beyond that. I am a movie freak and love going to the theater when a good movie is out. But a bad theater will ruin any movie experience. Silverado just makes mine great every time. Love the assigned seating. I would never give Palladium nor Embassy these kind of reviews. I will avoid those theaters at all cost.

Clean theatre, friendly workers, good selection of movies and times. I was especially happy that they opened up their customer service station for ticket purchases that evening, because it was very windy outside.
