Everything about it is great. Our family goes to the movies at least 4 times a month, the online order of tickets is great, customer service, atmosphere, etc.

The assign seat is great. Our seats were taken by other customers, I just got one of the usher and he checked our tickets and the other customers and everything was corrected.

I LOVE the reserved seating. That totally sells it for me. We don't even check other theatres. I also LOVE the free drink refills. Santikos is our "Go-to" theatre and I can't wait for the Alamo Ranch location to be completed.
