I need to know how to log into my Loyalty Rewards if I have forgotten my password. When I click to reset my password, I am sent a link that doesn't work -- it results in a page cannot be found error message. So how do I ever get logged back into my account? Please advise.

i like the comfort the movie theater offers. The proximity to my house. The Santikos rewards system.
I am very appreciative of the fact that Santikos shows Christian movies and documentaries.
I would like for the reward system credit the points earned during the system crash during the months of Nov.-Dec.
