Not as crowded of a location when compared to others; was to drive to and off the road without a lot of traffic congestion. For the theater, it still holds up as the cleanest to include bathrooms. The crowd here is more respectful of the movie experience and we enjoy going here.

There was a girl in your Guest Services that was amazing, Kaitlyn. She was so personable and friendly. We go often and I always seek her out because she is so nice. All the employees are so gracious. That's why we go there over the other locations. I love Santikos! High Quality at a reasonable price. Love the Cafe and Starbucks at the movie. The Silverado does need some reclining seats, but it is still the best!
Excelent service, good food
My boys and I came to see Baby Boss this morning and had such a nice experience. The movie was very cute, but the best part of our trip to the theater was the attention we received from your staff members Kaitlin and Matthew. When we walked in, Miss Kaitlin greeted us with a smile and helped us choose the best seats in the house. She showed me which side would allow me to get my boys in and out of the theater easily if necessary. Then we went to buy our popcorn with a sweet young man named Matthew. I was just going to get bag and a cup to share, but he told us it would cost less than a dollar to get the big popcorn and the themed cup. He smiled the entire time and was so polite as we took our time picking out a candy. After the movie, Miss Kaitlin was waiting outside the theater. She helped us with our trays and even offered to take our pictures with the figures in the hall. This wasn't something she was asked to do. She just did it because she saw an opportunity to do something kind. I truly feel that these two should be commended. In the future, I will most certainly choose to invest my time in this theater with personable staff and great service over any other.
