What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Bought tickets to see Ghostbusters. Less than a few minutes into the movie, my 6 year old niece got scared and wanted to leave. I approached the ticket counter to see if I could switch to see Pete's Dragon which was about to start and the customer service guy was very helpful. He quickly switched our tickets so we did not miss the start of Pete's Dragon. Thank you for the great customer service!

I want to express my thanks to General Manager, David Medina who went out of his way to resolve an issue from a previous bad experience. I received a prompt and professional response to my concerns. My recent movie experience was great and I will definitely be returning. Mr. Medina is an asset to the Santikos organization.
