Large theatre with many movie choices. Attractively decorated, well maintained and very clean. Like the rewards program. Many places to be served at the concession stand and many menu choices including adjacent café. Staff is courteous and friendly.

This theater is a very nice . The cleanliness is an A+ . Service is good the time wait to purchase tickets is good the food court is fast the restrooms are very clean the theaters are clean and comfortable Cool air just nice atmosphere . Just one request here I lit would be nicer if there was more parking space available 😎

Large theatre with bigger seats

The Santikos Palladium is state of the art. I like being able to reserve my seats ahead of time, and the concession lines move much faster than at Regal.

Your staff is always very friendly and eager to assist. I DO have a concern....we went up to the bar for a drink and was a bit surprised at the amount of "dirty" empty tables. It seemed rather messy, unkept. Maybe an extra person to keep that area more pleasantly eye appealing. But please know...the bar tenders were excellent with their service!

I love the pretzels and the openness of the theater. I love the bar is upstairs and ID is checked to go up there.

Clean environment!!

I just submitted a response and thought there might be an additional question or two. However, I do have a complaint. My wife and I bought tickets online for the 5:50 showing of Sausage Party. Our booking ID number 605295,for your reference. We did know the movie was rated R, but found it so throughly disgusting that we walked out 10 minutes after the movie started. DeadPool, for example, was rated R and we found it quite entertaining even though it was a bit raunchy at moments. Sausage Party, while also rated R, was simply obscene and a complete waste of the of $16 we spent for the very few minutes we were exposed to this piece of garbage.
We do enjoy attending movies at the Palladium and will continue to do so in the future. A movie such Sausage Party is far below the dignity of such a fine threaten as the Palladium. It would be my suggestion that if you choose to show drivel like this in the future you might want to consider providing it at one of your smaller theaters . . .after midnight.

We have always enjoyed this theater and expect to do so in the future. It is our favorite among all your locations.

We like the ability to reserve our seats then we can take our time and enjoy some food or drinks before the movie and not be rushed.
