What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It had been a while since I have come to this particular theatre. I honestly had stopped because of the overwhelming volume of people. That just wasn't the experience I want as I am trying to relax and enjoy a movie with my husband. But, as I walked in and saw all the remodeling changes, I was completely blown away on how beautiful and mature the lobby looked. Wow! What a great movie experience I had that night! Pre-Valentine's date night was a success...

I love that the Mezz is exclusive for 18 and up. On date might we leave our kids home and hate going to a movie where kids are noisy and running around. I love the attentiveness of the servers. I love the way they cater to you. I will return and will highly recommend it.

Very nice and impressive. Recently moved to Texas and never experienced this type of theater. I tried then and now to sign up but it won’t let me. I’m not comfortable putting my information in and it not working. Iv tried about four times.

I went to see Fifty Shades yesterday at the MEZZ. We had ordered $51.98 of food. I had asked the waiter to add my purchase to my rewards so that I could get credit. He stated to put my phone number on the receipt and I would be credited. I did so but do not see the credit today online. My copy of the receipt has T/N:Phone number removed and the Opr was Tristan. Date : 10:03 17 Feb 18. Please provide credit to my rewards account.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We had a great experience at the Palladium theater. My sister, mom, and myself went to see a movie and ordered popcorn and a drink. The theater was quiet, clean, and very comfortable! Our movie started with no problems at all and then we decided to get into the snacks; our soda had something very wrong (tasted weird and no carbonation). The customer service representatives working that night were so kind, apologetic, and quick to resolve the issue.

We just wanted to say thanks for making our night great and being so quick to resolve the minor issue we encountered!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Palladium is our "date night". My wife and I enjoy the full experience, from great prices on drinks, good food and comfort while watching the movie. The switch to recliner seats was an added bonus too. Bar staff downstairs is always helpful and nice to speak with, and not just because we are repeat customers.The new upstairs bar area is also redesigned and well planned.

Santikos has done a great job, at least with this venue. If I had to pick one thing I don't like, I would have to say it's the parking, but that just means the place is doing well.

Great atmosphere at the Palladium, Silverado needs work, even though it's closer. However, in either location employees are extremely proud and helpful.
