The staff at the concessions where amazing!! Regal who.... will make it mandatory to always use this location. They had smiles on there faces and actually looked happy to serve you. GREAT JOB Palladium!!

Great new facilities. Very well done. Several times now however, when we order the greek salad, there are no olives. I don't know if this indicates a bigger issue.

Obviously the recliners make the movie so much more enjoyable, I just wish you could adjust both the foot pedal and the back of the chair. Other than that I have always enjoyed watching movies at the Palladium.

Clean, reserved seating, great selection of movies, recently remodeled, valet parking, reclining seats, great reward program & real food and adult beverages (more than popcorn & junk food is available)

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The seats are comfortable, screens are large and staff is very nice. I love the meatza pizza. Overall, it's a very nice atmosphere. My husband and I see a movie weekly. The Paladium is our best choice. OMG, we absolutely LOVE the over 18 theaters.

I love the customer service I received when I thought I had an issue with a previous charge at concession. The service desk took the time to help me until I was assured. I really appreciate that. And I love the atmosphere. We moved here to San Antonio Jan this year. We have been to santikos twice a month. A friend recommended this theater and we haven’t tried any other yet. And we drive 30 mins to the palladium.
