Theater is amazing. Love to be able to get a drink and snacks. Hate the new format where you have to buy two seats to enjoy a movie. Sometimes I come by myself or with friends who are single.

I love the Palladium IMAX theater in particular The Mezz. It's a great experience , private , no kids and the food is good. It's my favorite movie destination. Just saw A Quiet Place there and it was great.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I just love the Palladium! It is big and spacious and everyone who works there from bartenders, food service and guest services are wonderful. I have never experienced a bad customer service when I had a problem. I also like how when there are lines they put more people on the register if needed. Everyone needs their popcorn and don’t wish to miss any of their movie. Santikos Palladium is my movie theatre, while I have gone to others in the past once it open became my home.
