Clean and updated.
I recently had a terrible experience this Saturday. There was a couple sitting less than 5 seats away having a full blown argument. The entire theater could hear them and there wasn’t a staff member around. This went on for at least 10 minutes of the movie. Jurassic world 10:45 showing. They were the first two seats in row C. Horrible experience
Was my first time in the vip area. Bought tickets for the 6:40 showing of Book Club, my seats were theater 18 row D seat 7-8. I mentioned to the gentleman that one of our seats didn’t recline. Asked if we could sit somewhere else where both seats worked said he would let the manager know never heard from him again.

Convenience of purchasing online and having guest services print your tickets when you arrive. All staff I encountered that evening--from guest services to concessions to the usher were friendly and courteous. The theater was busy but that did not affect their professionalism, keeping a smile on their faces for all patrons. A great movie experience!

Sadly - power went out during the showing but the manager made it right with vouchers for a return visit.
