While I would have preferred for the COVID protocols to still include social distancing in the theater seating, the rest of the protocols still in place are very important. I also liked the ease of entry and the very courteous concession staff.

I enjoyed the entire experience. The theater was clean, staff was friendly, I appreciate the measures taken to make the theater covid-safe. The concessions were delicious. Restrooms were clean. I have no complaints. I’ll keep returning to watch more movies at Santikos Palladium.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Social distancing and mask wearing are still enforced which is important to me. The theater was relaxing and somewhat clean. The popcorn was way fresher leaving the theater than at the beginning of our showing. The staff was kept to a minimum and only had one person working behind the concession stand.

Nice facility. Only suggestion for improving: tray for my seat was broken (slanted). Also asked for new cup for refill but employee said I'd need to buy another drink for a refill. Neither a major issue, and overall, we love this theater! Thanks for being open!

Loved being back in the theater and thank you for following the governor's orders! It felt so normal being mask free and relaxed. We will be back every weekend there is a new movie out! Can't wait to come back to your amazing facility your staff is the best in the industry

The Santikos organization is one of the most philanthropic organizations I have ever known. The positive impact on San Antonio and it’s society is critical to enhancing the ability to continue to effect positive change. Santikos are always moving forward and making the world a better place. The movie theater is always impeccable and clean, organized. The food is very high quality. Santikos make customers feel safe especially during the pandemic. We will always support the Santikos organization.
