What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I am always treated with a friendly greeting when I purchase my ticket -- usually from Edward (Reyna) -- who is one of your best crew members. He remembers where I like to sit and we have a friendly little chat when no one is behind me in line. Also, sometimes James (Ford), Production Manager is there and he remembers I have to bring my pillow as the recliners are a little uncomfortable after having had knee surgery. Everyone is nice but these two guys are especially great.

I love the ambience. Like I know it’s going to be a good time when I come here. The staff is great, though I would like to see them more social.
