I like the ay everyone help me out with my young lady who is in a wheelchair. I didn't like that I had to buy a gift card or use my credit card but I understand why.

Everything about this theater is amazing! The staff is always friendly, it’s always super clean, and food/beverages are delicious! I always choose the Palladium to watch any movie!

The facility is well maintained and the staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed how clean the theatre was making me feel comfortable there. Overall, it’s one of the best movie destinations in town!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Reclining chairs would be a fantastic addition, though I completely understand it would reduce the capacity. The main thing I wish I had was a tray for food and snacks. I'm so used to the AVX at this point, I felt lost without a tray for my drink/food/snacks. Otherwise, I LOVED the screen, the sound, and everything else about it!
