I love santikos especially the palladium. Comfy, clean and yum popcorn 😉 we visit at least 2 times a month. Excited that movies are finally back and there seems to be some great ones scheduled to hit the big screen

We love the seats! We also love that you can order from a real bar and get actual cocktails. It is also nice to have dinner there if you want to. The food is good!

Using the app for booking is very convenient, easy and functional. On site is smooth entry and the location has a good flow to the space.
My only comment/suggestion would be that you need to add 'speciality' popcorn to your range. eg caramel, cheese etc ... i think that would make the movie experience 100% complete and provide variety for your patronage who may not love plain popcorn.

Employees are great. Food is excellent. Movie screen in the Palladium IMAX is outstanding. The seats however are dirty and old. They should be updated to the newer reclining seats or at least the seats that you can sit your food tray on.
