Great instructors

The instructors are amazing with the cadence and flow of the class, cues and adjustments offered, and right amount of spirituality to help me reconnect with my essense. I look for classes with Stephen, Vinny, Wendy, and Karen Mc.

The teachers and the atmosphere along with the inspiration that I get from each class I attend makes CP one of my favorite places.

I appreciate the great instructors and variety of classes and class time offerings. Instructors and community are very welcoming.

I am thankful for, and just really impressed, at how "size friendly" your studio is. I have never felt like I didn't belong because of my size (and I am noticeably larger), I've never felt ignored (as if the instructors had no idea what to do with me), and I've gotten great adjustments. I thought maybe they'd be hesitant to touch a larger body like mine, and they are not.

And I especially like that the instructors remember my name and call out when I'm doing well - I think it is easy to assume that us larger yogis want to melt into the wall and be invisible - but not me. And your instructors get it. Especially Kallen, Maxine, Wyatt, and Maari. I love Kallen's Candlelight yoga. I was fearful that CPY was going to be a bunch of....young fit gym snobs, but it is just the opposite. Whenever I come, I can really relax, get some personal reflection in, challenge myself if I want to, or child's pose it for the entire time - and I'm totally accepted. I don't feel like my size makes any difference at all! :) I shared this with Stephen...I think this studio is great!

Engaging teachers, great facilities and the classes are upbeat, uplifting and they push you past your mental limits.

Teachers are positive, realistic. There's place for all skill levels & good selection of apparel.

I have only attended one class here. I usually go to other studios but I was in the "neighborhood" and took a class here. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful here.

I like the variety of classes. If I need to be energized, I take a sculpt class. If I need to relax, I do a C1. If want to be warm, work hard but focus on stretching, I take a C2.

Vinney is fabulous. Also love Jessica. The teacher is EVERYTHING

The teachers are amazing: especially Vincent Amendola and Stephen Johnson. The offering of different classes helps to bring variety to your workout regimen. The music helps keep motivated and connected.
