Great full body workout. Perfect intensity. Comfortable wnvironment to exercise to the fullest yet not feeling pressured if a move or two doesn’t work for my body type, etc. absolutely love and not sure why I didn’t try it before. You can think my sister-in-law. 😊

I love that the Twin Cities locations has traditional hot classes. I have an injury and this format allows me to assist the healing of my injury and my brain is happy because I am moving and sweating! These classes needs be in every CPY market. HPF is wonderful as well, but this format is too much movement (mainly the first half of class) for the type of injury I am dealing with at this time of my life.
I like the friendly staff and the hot, humid room for deep stretching. It has been so helpful for alleviating stiffness.

I like how the hot yoga classes give me the ability to stretch better. The instructor s are good with using movements and static poses to build tone and enhance flexibility.
Bridget leads such a great class. She’s constantly reminds us to breathe which is such an important part of yoga. Love her and the Minnetonka studio.
