I love the quality and depth of the MN teachers. They cannot be beat. I use the Calif Encinitas and del Mar studios a lot too when I travel to the West Coast and although they are beautiful studios the MN teachers are 3 levels better and much more veteran. I do C2, Sculpt and HPF weekly and I Just did Wendy's bootcamp circuit class on Thurs Aug 13th and loved it.. great wonderful addition to the class schedule! I will for sure add two of these bootcamp circuit classes to my weekly yoga. Couldn't live without CPY.. you guys rock and you work hard to keep us happy with great studios and nice change ups of classes and times. Nice job. A full on 10 for you all.

Friendly, not intimidating, place to work out. Love the teachers and the studio

I love the teacher, I can't remember her name but she's the cute pregnant girl. She's always so friendly and engaging before, during, and after class. I love the "adjustment" mini massage she gives at the end of class too! I always feel very welcome at the studio, I've taken Kayla's class before and she is also always really friendly and bubbly.

I really like the energy and vibe of the Minnetonka location. The instructors are great and I love that there are 7:30 am classes available.

The first C1 class I went to I was really nervous about. I haven't exercised in a really long time for a lot of different reasons. Alex is fantastic. She had a way of making me feel more at ease and nonjudgemental towards myself that night through the movements, her words and her personality. I knew I had to come back to her class again to see what yoga could do for me from the outside in.

I took a sculpt class taught by Sydney K. She was great! The class was a challenging workout and Sydney made the muscle work pleasant. She featured music by Justin Timberlake and that was fun. Before the class I enjoyed browsing the clothing - great selection!

Great teachers and facility. I love my sculpt classes, especially after a long day at work!! Instead of a coffee date one of my good friends and I have multiple sculpt dates...couldn't ask for a better way to see one another.
