I initially started my practice at CPY Minnetonka as a way for me to improve flexibility and remain healthy while playing basketball. What I discovered was that along with growing physically, I was able to change mentally and emotionally. I found a place to come and release all tension and stress from a day and connect with myself. The wonderfully present instructors make yoga a fun and comfortable practice with each individual yogi, and I am so fortunate that I spent the summer before I left for school practicing at CPY Minnetonka.

The instructors at Corepower Minnetonka are amazingly kind and supportive! They were there to offer help through every step of the teacher training process, and they continuously went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcomed.

the instructors are all very good. would like the blinds drawn in the yoga room, with all the windows, it gets hotter yet, and the dimmer room feels more relaxing.
