I have been a member of CorePower for many years. I love the consist class formats incorporated with the personal style each teacher brings to the practice. This being said a recent C2 class taken at Minnetonka 9/6/2019 had me pause because the class was instructed like a C1 or intro to yoga. There was no heat to the room, so many pauses in class and the slowness of the flow and challenge began extremely frustrating. Minnetonka is a very established community with members expecting a certain flow and intensity to a C2 class.
I ask that new teachers be aware of the expectations of each class and its level or degree of experience.
Class was great. I took yoga sculpt. The room smelled like stinky feet, so although it’s supposed to be hot, some sort of candles or air freshener would benefit.
