First time at CorePower Yoga and I loved it! I tried the Sculpt class with a friend and had such a great experience. Everyone was super friendly, the studio was clean, and even though the Saturday class was packed, there was still plenty of space and good airflow.
The instructor was amazing, helpful, informative, and encouraging, with different pacing options for those who needed them. Definitely a welcoming studio, and I’ll be back! 🧘🏻♀️✨

Anthony is an amazing instructor with excellent cues and pacing. I really enjoy his philosophy and use of static holds to build strength and density.
