I believe all of the instructors are very knowledgeable with their instruction and there is always a variety of classes to choose from. Not only that, all of the classes are non-repetitive. It's like a breath of fresh air not to do the same thing over-and-over again!
I love the hours and I had my first single session that was fabulous(thanks Joni)!!!! The gym is clean and it's nice to have soft towels. I would recommend that the batteries in the remotes be changed as they're all hungry for new batteries.

I got a little lost trying to find your location, but Donna was very patient and got me straightened out! When I got there, everyone was welcoming, even though I was about 2 minutes late. I appreciate that very much. And Mike made the class a lot of fun!

The instructors are friendly, expert and supportive; there is at least one, often two classes per day that fit my schedule; the facilities are comfortable; and there is plenty of equipment.

The variety and timing of classes is excellent! I've been to many different programs in both NY and Los Angeles and none rival the efficiency and instructor level at Coreworks.
The Barre class with Michael was great! He's a great teacher and I had a great workout from the class!

I signed up for one class on 4/27/14 with three of my girlfriends who have package plans. It was three months after the birth of my son and I was so excited to get back into working out. If I enjoyed the class, I was planning to purchase a package and join my friends. I purchased my class online and when we got there, the computer system had lost my reservation, but had my friends. I brought up my registration email on my phone just to make sure I didn't make a mistake. Everything was correct, but something on the back end clearly hadn't gone through. The woman who was checking people in was completely puzzled, but the attitude and interaction with her was one of the oddest customer service experiences I've ever had in my life, so much so that I remember it almost two years later. The class was apparently full and my being there was obviously a problem for the woman, which is the vibe I immediately picked up on. She wasn't hostile, but my presence was no longer wanted or appreciated. She was going to try to find me a spot in another class and I explained that I was here with three friends (we were all sitting in the waiting area). I was actually just going to leave and let my friends stay, which was also fine with your staffer. Luckily someone didn't show up so I was able to have a spot. It was just such an odd experience b/c from my perspective as a customer I had done nothing wrong. It was a computer error and instead of apologizing and welcoming a new perspective client, I left feeling most unwelcome.
