Deep knowledge in Pilates! Michele comes through as very knowledgeable with years of experience. She is able to explain why we need to do some movements a certain way, what muscles will be triggered. She explains well, shows well, provides corrections and she is always on top of safety, making sure people do movements correctly and safely. Her body is a reflection of the years of training which is inspirational. We all want to look like her as we age. She is also very positive and kind and very good at providing clear directions. That is why I would recommend your studio, and I would recommend Michele in particular.
Great instructors and unique workout experience
All the teachers are lovely and the times are great but wish there was more 11:30am or even early afternoon classes at Maple Lawn.

It’s a family run business that’s puts their heart and soul into their clients and instructors. Every instructor is knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely invested in wanting to help you. There are all different levels and over time I’ve definitely become stronger with better balance and posture. I’ve also made some wonderful friends throughout the years. I go daily, it’s how I start my day. I love that I can go at different times with lots of choices. It’s amazing to me that each class is always different, even though I go regularly. I also love the music and camaraderie.

The instructor was great and supportive during the class. It was a simple process to sign up for the class and participate as well.
A lot of the classes I’ve taken don’t really make me feel like I’ve gotten a good enough workout or stretch to make them worthwhile. There aren’t very many repetitions, and we move on from one exercise to the next too quickly to really get into a flow, challenge my muscles, or learn it well.

Jessicah is amazing! I enjoy her classes. She explains what we are doing and challenges us but still respecting our limitations.
