Great instructors and variety of classes.
Love Coreworks and their entire family … which is what you feel like … family! I’ve been a member for many years and just love it. I go to Pilates almost every day and I feel great!! It’s a great place with many different levels and instructors. Over the years I’ve also made some very good friends. It’s my favorite place and where I start most of my mornings.
Chris is very knowledgeable and gives a great class.
Instructor was knowledgeable and gave clear directions. Equipment was well taken care of. Class was right amount of challenge with options to increase or decrease levels.
You guys rock! Everything is great. Organized. Clean.

Thought the class was going to be more challenging, but couldn't tell since it was intro. Otherwise, instructor was knowledgeable and engaging, facility seemed well managed and clean, and overall staff was friendly and professional.
I love how creative the teachers are. I took Pilates classes at a different studio, and Coreworks instructors are in a completely different league! Every class is so much fun. Instructors really look at the students and modify plans based on abilities and energy levels. I love going to every single class at Coreworks!

I love that no matter the class that I choose, or the instructor that is teaching that I know it will be a great class where I will be challenged, supported, and can nourish my body. I appreciate the instructors' expertise - from cueing movement, to explaining why certain movements are helpful for our bodies, to providing feedback on how to improve. I always look forward to classes and how I feel after attending. Everyone in the studio is warm and kind. I am so glad I found CoreWorks!
