Enjoyed the reformer class for my first time. Jessica did a great job of explaining how to use the equipment and made sure that I was in the correct form for each exercise. I look forward to trying the class again.

Kathryn is a fabulous instructor. She gave concise, clear, and encouraging directions. The space was clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed the class and already signed up for another!
I love the instructors and the cohesion of the class. You can tell thought was put into the class flow. I leave and feel all my body parts were touched.
Chris was great. She explained everything, and so helpful checking on everyone. I recommend the stretch and release class for everyone ☺️☺️☺️
All of the teachers provide clear instructions and meet you at the level that you're at. This is very much appreciated for a beginner like myself.

everyone was friendly. I liked that the receptionist welcomed me and recognized that I was new. She gave me a quick tour and that helped me feel comfortable. The teacher was kind and demonstrated all the activities before we tried them. It went really well!
There is no customer service. I do not consider BOTs and having to wait on hold for long periods of time to speak to an actual person who gives what sounds like prepared answers to be good examples of customer service that truly serves the customer.
Wellhub is very restrictive if/when there is a need to cancel or reschedule a class. And the fees are ridiculous!
Additionally, your app was not working last Friday (therefore I could not communicate with you because the app is needed to chat) and I could not check in to a class. I was there and the fitness center checked me in on their end. Later, once the app was working, apparently there was no human available who could respond to my chat request. I eventually gave up because I had other productive and fun things to do with my time. Then on Monday I received an email that stating that I was restricted from signing up for any additional classes for the month. Are you kidding me? What am I? A child on punishment? Meanwhile, your app was not working, I was there to take the class but could not check in. I chatted with an agent yesterday who, after I explained that the app was not working which prevented me from signing in, he then said he’d do me a favor just this once and remove the restrictions and not charge me a fee. I also got a lecture, you might call it an explanation, of Wellhub’s penalties for missing a class. But, I did not miss or cancel a class. Your systems were not working. The appropriate response should have been, “Ms. Customer, I see you are a new client with us and I’m sorry you had that experience. I am going to remove the restrictions and waive the fee. Have a nice day!”.
But even if I cannot make a class, you have taken my money which I pay monthly and I wouldn’t be able to use the service unless I pay you a high fee? Due to my work schedule, it is likely that I will have to cancel or reschedule classes so your program is not for me. It’s horrible! I can pay the fitness center a few more dollars and have greater access and ability to take multiple classes in one day and there’s no penalty for cancellation, missed classes or rescheduling classes.

All instructors are very knowledgeable and kind.  They offer variations on the movements depending on each person's level and needs.

Love the studio, instructors, pricing is reasonable compared to other pilates studios. It is difficult to book classes on the website, I would love to filter by class type or time of day!
I love them! The instructors are super nice. I wish more of them offered different difficulties during the class like how Lana does. I also wish they would look more at form and correct us if our form is not right. Everyone is super kind and it has created a community.
Very friendly staff, clean facilities and lots of options on the schedule.
