Zerorez has cleaned carpets in 2 homes I own and each service visit was done quickly and professionally. The tech arrives and explains the process and confirms the areas to be cleaned. At the end of the cleaning, they have given me a spray bottle of the empowered water for spot cleaning and explained the cleaned area will 4-6 hours to completely dry.

The person that did the cleaning told me he was going to go over the area leading from the hardwood in my kitchen again because that area gets the most compaction. It looks wonderful. He was very polite, careful around the furniture I hadn't moved, and made sure I was satisfied before he left. He also filled my spot cleaner bottle which will last until my next cleaning.
