Carpet dried in the time that was given, 4-6 hrs. There were no wet spots days later.Little black "measles" disappeared. A couple of stains did not come out, but carpet hasn't been cleaned in three years. Very satisfied overall.

Wow! We had some DEEP pet stains, and I came home to what seems like new carpet!!! I was not there when the guys came, but my wife raved about how friendly and knowledgeable they were! This was not news to me. I have known the owners since high school, they are great guys. This is a local company who really cares about helping out people in their community. I already knew they were great people, now I know the technology is the bomb! Between 4 kids and 2 dogs, you have a customer for life!

Admirable service; They are professional and there are no hidden costs or excuses. Our carpets are twelve years old, but we bought a higher end carpet. Zerorez has been out to our home in March for the last two years because the result is our carpet looks and smells clean.

I believe the products and services were as advertised, so that was a very good experience. The carpets look great and they dried within the timeframe that was promised. Also, the young man who provided the service, John, was very personable, explained what he was going to be doing, and proceeded to efficiently do the work. We were especially pleased with the removal of a very large area on a light carpet that had Dr. Pepper spilled on it. Quite honestly, I was not expecting that. We were VERY satisfied with the job that was done.
