The staff are friendly, professional, and know what they are doing!! I had an antique rug I was worried about getting cleaned... turned out perfect!! As did the rest of the house, as always!! I will never use any other carpet cleaning service!! I’ve tried the big names, nothing even comes close!!
The technician, I think his name was Jacob, was professional, enthusiastic and proud of his work, and rightly so. He did an amazing job and everything was left clean and fresh. He even found me some savings in my bill because I had decided at the last minute not to clean the basement. Awesome! I like that there is no chemical residue and it left the carpet looking and smelling clean, not like chemicals.
I would recommend this service, and especially the work of our technician. He did an excellent job.

Joel was very knowledgeable! I have a very old, cut-style of carpet. He explained that even after a cleaning service the light can refract differently as this type of carpet is worn down. He was able to make my carpet look a thousand times better and provided recommendations about cleaning frequency. 10/10 would use Zerorez again!
