The technician that cleaned our carpets was great! Very informative and educated us on your process. We had always used Stanley Steamer in the past with mixed results. Zerorez was about the same price for the job, so we thought we would give you a try. So glad we did. Much more thorough than Stanley Steamer. I just hope we can get the same guy when we need carpet cleaning again.
