The technician was very knowledgeable and informative. He did a thorough job of explaining what he was doing. Before and after pictures were very helpful. He did a great job cleaning up after himself. Also, he was very polite and considerate of the people in the house and their need for timely access to certain rooms. All around great experience.
Cameron was very nice, polite and paid attention to the problem areas we pointed out in our carpet. It looked nice and clean when he finished. It was pretty dry by 5 pm.

Quick to dry, and my carpet looks BRAND NEW every time they clean them! They smell amazing, just a nice clean smell and not a chemical smell at all. They are nice and polite, helpful and just great to work with. I have used them multiple times and I wouldn't use anyone else!

No chemicals. This was a reclean of living room rug. First cleaning, I could not see any difference.2nd cleaning was great. Technician, I think his name was bryce or brian ?? did a great job on rug. It dried much cleaner than previous. First cleaning looked dingy and I know hoses leaked dark dirty fluid onto rug before he started cleaning, not sure if that affected outcome.
Prompt scheduling and services, tech arrived when he said he would in the beginning of the schedule window. Tech worked efficiently and communicated throughout, job was thorough and we were pleased with the results.
My rug looks great. There were several up charges since the rug had pet stains. The final cost was fine, $214 for a 10X13, big rug. I just wished they had been more transparent from the start. I would assume that 75% or more of customers are dealing with pet stains. All an all I would recommend this company. They were able to fit me to the schedule quickly and communicated well.

Pierce was very professional and honest. When he came the first day he cleaned one chair, and he told me he preferred to wait and clean the rest to see how the material would look after it dried.
He came back and finished cleaning all 8 chairs with success.
