I have had 2 recent experiences with Zerorez due to purchasing a house and selling a house. I had 2 different cleaners for the 2 jobs. Both did a great job. The first time the cleaner was earlier than I had thought. The second time he was later than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. Both houses now have clean carpet and the technicians were great. Both were hard workers. Both took their time to make sure the job was done well. I have already recommended Zerorez for carpet cleaning. I will use them again when needed.

The technicians, the deep cleaning of my carpets and company reliability

We scheduled appt. online, but after we finished not sure it registered. We called the following Monday morning to confirm appt. and were assured we were on the schedule. We were told to expect a call day of service shortly after 8:30. Day of service we received a call at 8:40 from the tech saying he would be here within 30min. Riley was on time and didn’t waste anytime getting to work. He was very professional and courteous and did a great job. We won’t hesitate to call zerores again when we’re due to clean the carpets again.
