I especially appreciated the very professional explanation of the services which were about
to be provided.
The work was performed in a very orderly fashion. When questioned, Adam (the Zerorez
representative), answered all of my queries in a very understandable manner, and he was
most tolerant of my questions about the process.
My carpet had been cleaned several times in the past, by a well-known firm. I was very
pleased that this time it looked like it had really been cleaned. I am very pleased with the
appearance of the carpet and I would certainly recommend Zerorez as the firm to contact
for any carpet cleaning project.

I like that there are no chemicals used nor is there a lingering odor from the cleaning.

One suggestion would be during our current pandemic concerns, if your technician isn’t vaccinated it should be required for them to wear a mask. He/She did ask but when entering someone’s personal space it should be required.
