The technician did a very good, thorough job with the carpets, he took great care to clean up the water at the edge of the carpet on the wood floor and was also very careful with the woodwork around doorways. This guy is a keeper - I wish I could recall his name. The deodorizing spray prior to treatment made a huge difference and was well worth the extra cost.
