Tristen did a great job cleaning an area rug. He asked questions to determine what the rug was made of (as it is 100% wool) in order to properly clean the rug. He was professional and thorough. He used booties over his shoes to avoid tracking footprints on the hardwood. He provided additional information and resources to assist in managing future issues (ie, stains, spills). Would highly recommend Tristen and will request him in the future.
