Once I got past the initial setup, Le did an excellent job cutting my hair. Fast in & out service. The online process for making appointments was explained very well. My questions were all answered.

I have been coming to this location for quite some time now and I have been very happy with the service, they always been attentive to the details and I have told everyone in my circle the great service I receive when I go there.
Unfortunately I am no different than other people when the service I pay for is bad I will complain.
The stylist had no idea what she was doing, apparently she never looked at me while we were talking or I wouldn't have one of the worst cuts I ever have had.
She never picked up from my expression that I wasn't happy or didn't want to bother and try to fix this mistake.
So I paid in full for a very poor job. I run my own business and I deal with all kinds of people.
But as I said in the opening I am a satisfied customer and still will continue to go to sportsclips but I will be going through who has cut my hair in the past and I will not have this stylist again.
