The haircuts are always on point no matter who the stylist is.
The system is very quick and efficient. I liked knowing where we were in line and about how long the wait would be. Next time we will take advantage of online check in. Patricia was great with our two year old. She did a great job even though he was squirming and not happy to have his hair cut.
