Wife and I in 70s and retired.Love your tuesday discounted experience. We hadn't been to the theater in a while. For us the price point for the movie and snacks was on point.
Watching conclave last week was in a smaller auditorium which was nice. Seats with leg lifts & rotating tables were great!
In contrast, we went back again this week for The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. It was a much bigger theater, no leg supports or rotating table. The contrast was a bit struck and led into us feeling.The auditorium wasn't even as clean or new as last week's.
Technically everything was great on the screen. Picture and sound. Maybe a bit loud for us Older people but okay. Ambient temperatures were great at sometimes these theaters are too cold. Again we're older people. Thanks to santikos for their supporting San Antonio.And surrounding communities. The foundation is great! We brag about you guys two hour out of state relatives.

We have a very decent quality theater. Santikos bringing 5.99 tickets, lg popcorn, and lg drinks back to Tuesdays at the Grand was their saving grace. Santikos raised prices to a rather ridiculous unaffordable level for evening shows, matinees, and especially imax. They also stopped discounted Tuesdays initially. So we basically barely went after they took over. Everyone i know hated that company for this. Same goes for all our friends and family. We would go to other theaters in Picayune, Gulfport, and Covington. When they made it affordable again to go to the Grand on Tuesdays, we've gone every week since that started. So thank you Santikos for the Tuesday special. Because of this, we come every week, and I recommend this theater to everyone. Also, because of the good rewards system, we now come on weekends on occasion also. Thank you.

We try and go to a movie once a week and the Amstar is our movie of choice. We go usually on Tuesday because of the discounts. We love the Comfortable seats and the convenience of getting there.
