We were in theater M and some of the seats were broken. The theater was not full for our show so we just moved to a few empty seats!

Before I say my constructive criticism just know I love Santikos, and I love the northwest theater, the most affordable, with still all the benefits of any of the other ones.
Only thing in the theatre I was in this time was either AC was really loud or speakers aren't that good in that specific theatre to the point where it was hard to hear the movie. Other than that I've never had a complaint in my 10+ years going there.
