Very personable and friendly service
Nice looking stores with the tvs and the locker room motif. I've always received a warm welcome entering your stores and the ladies have given me exactly the haircut I've wanted. The MVP treatment is excellent. I keep coming back. Love the hot towel to my face while lounging in a vibrating chair getting my hair washed, who wouldn't like that!!!! Overall a great experience, I only wished my hair grew faster so I could visit more often. The neck trim idea is also nice to have!!
Quick - fun atmosphere geared to sports -
Friendly staff. Products a little pricey.
Our son has many sensory issues but he loves being able to watch sports while he gets his hair cut. The wait times are usually fairly short. We have been to this location several times and is has been good. On 2 times we have had Nickie and she is AMAZING with our son. Nickie talks with him while cutting his hair, she keeps him distracted so he is able to get his haircut and when he tells her he doesn't like how the clippers or scissors feel she makes adjusts. Nickie has went above and beyond with our son. In our son's word's, "Nickie is the best hairdresser in all of Canada"

The massage
Excellent staff and good haircut, plus lower price for seniors on Wednesday. Also like the idea of a neck trim when a full haircut not necessary. Tanya is very good and gave me a great haircut on my last visit.
The staff is always welcoming and upbeat no matter how busy they are.
My kids love the VIP and it's always offered willingly.
The store carries some interesting product and the staff are able to support their customers' use of them.

Service is outstanding. I like keeping notes on the computer so that the haircut is consistent every time I visit. Tammy asks questions and make sure she understands comments from clients and addresses them. She is very skilled and professionals.
