Great instructors, nice space, a lot of classes
More classes available that aren't as hot!
Friendly, no fuss, lovely space set. Great class also. Epic tunes. Good learnings.
professionalism, thorough teaching with superb attention to detail. Beautiful space. thank you
Easy drop-ins, nice and friendly teachers, different levels, great modern building, great lesson room, good music. :-)
Open yoga class had options for all level students. I liked having the assistant teacher in class as well as it helped in a big class. I like the space as well. I am visiting from Singapore for the week. My Friend recommended I practice at the studio.
Great facilities, talented staff, clean, friendly and good timetables and variety of classes.
Nice warm chilled out classes
All yoga teachers of the classes I have attended have very positive attitudes, and create an awesome inclusive atmosphere. Good differentiation within classes, and helpful assistance.
My first time ever doing reform Pilates, but the instructor was so friendly and helpful with the instructions. I felt right at place, and was actively engaged- so much so time flew by.
Please stop people coming in late to classes and disrupting everyone when we have to move mats around to accommodate them...I keep saying this on every feedback I send in. It is very annoying and getting worse if anything. Last week at Aimee's 4pm class people were still coming in ten minutes later ! The class was very full and credit to Aimee she managed to accommodate them but the doors should be closed in respect of everyone else's time on the mat. If I turn up too late I will not try to get in out of respect for everyone else.
On another note can we please have Claire back for Sunday 12:15 classes. The classes are great and would entice me back on a Sunday if she was back on the timetable.
Thanks.

I used to come here a lot and was shocked to learn how expensive the classes have become in recent times. Especially seeing as the classes are often so packed now, it seems very expensive.
Great Facility, lots on offer, a high level of workshops and trainings offered.
I'm not disappointed. It is what it is. There are limited sessions for beginners who work full time. I'm only available between 6-7am and evenings and the beginners classes are booked up so I was only able to book 1 session this week and 1 session yesterday because someone cancelled. I think there would more available sessions for me if I were more experienced. I'm loving the pilates machines thou!! Great place, great culture and great instructor.
Cleanliness of premises, spaciousness and variety of services.
I've been coming to BML to do pilates for about 6 months now and thoroughly enjoy it. However I was 7 minutes late for a 45 minute class on Friday and denied entry, after I had booked my place prior and spent $30 on an uber in an attempt to get there on time and I have a full membership. I don't see how it affected the teacher or class if I slipped in the back and only got 37 minute class, surely that would only be my loss. Nobody too my place, the bed was empty nor was the class full. It was extremely disappointing as I have a membership which isn't cheap and I'm struggling to make two classes a week due to my work times as all the after work classes have been booked way in advance.
There was way too many people in the class. It's hard to relax and enjoy when there is no space. This never used to happen at the studio and there needs to be a cut off of entries into class
I've only been to one class so it's a bit early for me to say...
attended Annie's workshops today and wanted to offer feedback on Ananda who was assisting.
I'm not a yoga teacher - far from it, I practice as often as I can and when my teachers at my studio invited me to join them at Annie's workshop today I was beyond excited.
This morning was incredible, tough, but incredible.
This afternoon it was clear the session was geared towards teachers and I felt quite out of my depth, but rather than leave I embraced the opportunity to learn. I didn't really understand some of the instruction and was looking around a lot for queues, Ananda approached me and really aggressively accused me of not participating, when I pointed out I didn't understand she accused me of not listening - it was really embarrassing so I tried harder, but to be honest just got really anxious she would come to me again.
And she did. She proceeded to remonstrate me again in front of my yoga teachers, accused me of not focussing, not listening. That wasn't the case at all, I just didn't understand the instruction as I'm not a teacher.
So I get we were all in there trying to do better, but her approach was humiliating and degrading. If she is there to assist - then perhaps she should try assisting people. Know your audience. Maybe ask me what I was struggling with and actually assist - rather than take me down like I'm a child with a concentration problem.
In any other circumstance, I would have told her where she could put her aggression - but yoga to me is about focus, respect, self development, awareness, presence and peace.....apparently.
Annie was amazing. Ananda not and I would argue that she should check in with her bedside manner.
After the class several people brought Ananda's treatment of me up and said they were really uncomfortable by her tone and aggression. That's not cool. I paid my way today and did my best, and shouldn't be mistreated for it.
Other than that - awesome day, thank you so much!
Great class - fabulous to be able to drop in to the studio during recent travels
More space in men's bathroom. The actual change section is about 6 feet square which is a bit awkward with lots of sweaty bodies after a class.
Friendly staff, extremely good teachers and welcoming space
Amazing teachers. Amazing venue. But showers might need a hook for clean undies/bra.
I would definitely come back i loved the workshop with Annie Carpenter on Saturday ....
The water filling stations in the bathrooms are not all working
Thanks for the opportunity to comment
More blocks in class and more heat!
The quality of the class and the variety. Also the venue is clean and spacious.
The receptionist and the teacher were really nice and the place is warm and well equipped with lockers or a hair dryer. I personally just don't like Pilates that much and I found the toilets a not amazing. But yeah, you're doing great, it's just not my thing!
Friendly, welcoming, warm and professional.
Very personal and a great class to encourage me to return

Small pilates classes means the teacher can be more hands on
