After 11 years with you I find progressive classes are too fast . This was not the case with teachers explaining positions and adjusting us at times.
Being told the class is faster because it is progressive which is what I heard the other day is disappointing
The superior quality of teaching & all the staff are extremely warm & friendly
7:15 am pilates classes every day of the week would be great :)
Had just joined my second yoga session plus meditation and just loved it. Im feeling so so relaxed =)
First class was harder than what I expected but I really enjoyed that time.
Thanks guys
Great class / teacher - Chelsea
Like that there's no mirrors!
First free class nice.
The facilities are just great :-)
Spacious yoga halls, changing rooms, candels, filtered water and so far this is the only place where each practise is started with Ohm chanting - I just love it and I was missing it in Sydney.
Also the teachers are great and very experienced. Especially I love Vicky's classes and all her twisted (in a postive way) variations of yoga postures - this girl simply knows how to play with yoga postures and to put it in the next level.
Awesome!!!
See you soon,

Location. Price. Friendly staff, facilities,
Atmosphere in the classroom and convinience of checkin at the reception
great teachers
A few more early morning and later evening classes (new Pilates classes has helped with this) so there is an option to do a class each morning for those of us who don't work nearby and can't get to the 6.30am or 6pm classes (or even the 7.30pm classes sometimes..).
Good facilities
Friiendly and educational staff
Beautiful space, energising teacher - would be good to have more mid morning entry level Saturday Pilates classes at Redfern
Iron out the kinks in the booking system and have an easily accessible phone contact for the Bondi branch on the app

Immediately friendly greeting, attentive staff, warm ambience and literally.
Friendly, clean and professional
Each location is such a nice calming environment and everyone who works there are so kind and friendly and make you feel so welcome and I absoloutely love the reformer pilates
The studio is beautiful and has a calming vibe
The space is beautiful and the set up very inviting and calming, but the bath/dressing room could have better ventilation so it does not smell stuffy or odourous.
Availability of Pilates classes
great atmosphere, nice staff and really awesome instructor.
cant think of anything. its a good yoga studio
I now have to book classes a week in advance, this is quite a long time
The beds were of high quality, Narelle was amazing, took time to get to know me and my body and worked at the pace appropriate to my level.
Need a smidge of time between pilates classes so they don't run late
The friendliness of the staff. All the instructors are approachable and passionate.
The online booking system is brilliant, and there are so many classes there is always something on

I bought a 28 day pass and a 10 class pass excited to start my journey in yoga at Body Mind Life. I decided to attend my first class on Saturday the 10th of June. I arrived and went to reception. I informed the receptionist that I was new to the studio. The receptionist did not come across as overly friendly. I would say she appeared flustered. She asked me for my name and I felt the interaction was rushed. She showed me where the studio and change rooms were. When I got changed and started the Yoga class I discovered that the girl I met at reception was actually the yoga teacher (Claire Blackwood). I thought to myself, maybe she was acting a bit disinterested at reception due to her obligations as a teacher (perhaps??)... I ended up doing the class but noticed Claire did not approach me once. Now I don't want to come across as needy but I have attended other studios as a new student before and the teachers have always come over and 'checked in' or at least acknowledged me. Claire walked past me a number of times when I was clearly struggling in some poses however she did not help me once. I noticed she did re-align a gentlemen in front of me and various other students around me. All in all it was a very awkward class and I probably wont be attending any more of Claire's classes. I will now try other classes and I'm even thinking of going to the Redfern studio to see if I have a better experience.
