Too expensive
I am currently attending teacher training with Mel McLaughlin at BML... Apart from an absolutely gorgeous studio, your staff are all so friendly and warm. It is really unusual these days!
Amy, the manager, is great. The instructors are great. The students are great, and the atmosphere (you guessed it) is great.
New client experience. Explaining where studio, props and storage was. Advising mat layout and in class interaction with students. No hands on, not sure if that's a covid rule as this was my first in class experience since then. I had previously visited the studio at it's opening week but bought my daughter along to her first class.
Great studio, lots of classes at convenient times and great teachers.
It was my first time back in the studio since COVID and the lovely lady at the front desk was really helpful and made me feel comfortable. Classes and facilities were awesome as always.
Lovely space, great teachers
Variety of classes suitable for beginner and quality of teachers - particularly Sam in Pilates
Sometimes the floor feels gritty underfoot and several of us have to brush bits off our feet.
Some of the reformers are have broken bits and peeling fabric.
Be ready and start on time. One of my classes last week started over 5 minutes late and most have been a few of minutes late. I always appreciated that the classes started on time.
I really do love coming.
Beautiful venue great teachers and friendly staff
More variety of sessions for beginners
No music during the classes so you can play your own, especially in pilates.
Teachers
Teachers and reception staff. They really make a difference. Also, that the studio and ammenities are kept clean.
Friendly helpful management e.g Michael. Good teachers
Loved maryannes class in Byron
Good teachers
Amazing teachers and lots of class times
Great teachers
The staff and their expertise and customer service. The environment, beautiful studios.
I loved the studio and their labyrinth
I love the pilates at BML. There is definitely a range in instructors though. Some are very different to others! And not everyone is for everyone, so those that I'm not so keen on their classes, may be favourites of others - that's the way it works.
What I don't like on instructors are when they never (or rarely) give you spring options. When there are differing strengths within class - I like it when you can have options. I understand in some cases that it is not relevant, but when there are instructors who NEVER give you options, I find this frustrating.
Am happy to discuss further if you want more feedback, but that would be my only criticism, for want of a better word.
Otherwise - I love the classes!
Clean
Spacious
Lovely staff
Most beautiful staff, lovely facilities and just an overall fabulous experience. Thank you!
Beautiful space and great yoga teachers! Bathrooms weren’t very clean/tidy however and perhaps there could be some music going?
I do love everything provided by body mind!
Currently on the 2 week trial membership and loving it so far :) Great class times and i feel good every time i leave!
The studio, the teachers and the super friendly staff 🙏😊
I like everything about Body Mind Life. I have done pilates for many years now and I am really enjoying the classes, teachers and front end staff.

Teachers can be inconsistent and disappear from timetable without explanation; or they get changed around. For me, the teacher is the draw card for me attending the class. The space is beautiful but it’s the skills of the yoga teachers that influences and makes my practice.
Yogis want to linger in the calm created from practicing yoga and meditation this supports them through their day. Not rattled by loud voices and slamming reformer beds at end of practice. Mindfulness of how noise impacts on others seems ignored on Saturday mornings. Sound proofing and Pilates teachers being more sensitive to yogis next door would help a lot.
