It was my first time using the clinic as i had received very good recommendations from a dear friend. I never really had expectations although as this was the 2nd time that i was considering having the treatment, that as i just wanted to compare the difference from the past consultant who followed out my treatment. As we all know that cost & the reputation are foremost important with that being that they will provide a good result of the treatment. I had no problem of arranging a appointment from their online booking service & as I'm not that great on technology things i managed it easily. I was a little lost when i was on route to my appointment & gave the clinic a ring & was warmed by a nice member of staff who lady assisted me the best way to them .I am a great believer that when you enter into any line of business where you are looking to be given the best care then from stepping into clinic was greeted within seconds even when staff were busy, very attentive which enabled me to relax. I was seen by Dr Anita Kapoor who i must say from the start of the consultation had asked & listened to why & what i wanted & in-depth she took time to cover every aspect of what & with the treatment of Botox the results becoming what i wanted achieved. Anita gave me advice about other area that i would have never thought could be changed with botox. I had the treatment done as i was very pleased & comfortable of what i heard, its a few days since i have had the botox & i can already see the difference & will return for follow up in 2 weeks & its more than likely i will be using the clinic for all future treatment & fully recommend this to others.

I found the Face Clinic London online and being a novice on Microdermabrasion, I did my research and decided on this place. Jorge (therapist) did a wonderful job, it was a very relaxing experience & quiet soothing music in the back ground to the point that I nearly fell asleep also just to mention very clean too. He gave me a few recommendations and some free samples to try at home. I will be definitely going back and most probably taking my sister along with me.

I was able to easily book a next-day appointment and was seen by a professional and friendly dermatologist who gave me confidence that my issue would be solved but gave realistic advice about the amount of time / number of treatments it might take.
I liked that the payment scheme acknowledges that more than one treatment is often needed, so provides the second treatment for free, and subsequent treatments at a reduced price. The clinic was was appointed and conveniently located. Very good experience!
Very friendly staff and a gorgeous little place. I felt very relaxed and comfortable and the massage was wonderful! My only comment is the music came on right at the end of the treatment. Would have been nice if it was on throughout as I could hear voices in hallway. Otherwise it was great!
