COMPETENT AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF
The location was very easy to find for my first time in London. The staff was a very kind, timely and professional. I received two services. I had a microdermabrasion facial and a consultation/procedure for botox. It's been just shy of two weeks since my appointment and I am liking the results so far. I provided an 8 out of 10 because I do feel it was too heavy on the forehead and my eyebrows are appearing more flat, and the bunny lines are almost as apparent as they were before the injections. . I am not sure what could be done to reduce the effect on my forehead other than to allow it to naturally wear off.
Unfortunately, I live in a different country and cannot make it back in time for a follow up. This is my own fault. But I will follow up with pictures/video via email. I would definitely go back when the time allows for additional services. Thanks for all you do!
Anita was amazing. I went to the clinic regarding botox, and she was very honest with me and said it probably wouldn't give me the results I desired. Instead she recommended certain skin care and I'm so glad she didn't just try and sell me the most expensive treatment! If I do decide to have botox in the future I will definitely see her!
