Starts with an explanation of what you'll receive, the scalp massage, neck/shoulder massage is great. Above all you get to watch the game while you get your hair cut
Reasonable prices and very courteous service
Only place I have gone in years where I didn't get home and find that I had a few random chunks of hair that I needed to even out
Frienliness, good stylists, fair prices.
