The staff today was incredible. They were short one person and the store was very busy. The staff, although very pressured and very busy handled everything in a very professional manner. Jennifer was very kind and apologetic for the fact that there was a delay, but to me, her professionalism and courteousness easily made me forget about the longer than usual delay. I appreciated how the staff handled the tough situation that they were dealt with today, and believe that they should be acknowledged for their hard work and great attitude.
