A number of things. Laura my cutter was friendly, and explained the services since it was my first time to attend. The shampoo used was compatable with my hair. and I intend on puchasing some the next time I am in. The business I know is new, but still it was clean and well set up.
I was asked about coupons, which I didn't have, but I would be interested in how coupons can be obtained.

Haircut was as I requested
The MVP treatment was fantastic, never experienced something like that at the hair dressers. Also, I like how you wash the hair after the cut to get all the loose trimmings out.

When I first came through your door, I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner which I liked... and I also got to watch baseball while I waited.
The shampoo was a good cleaning shampoo and left my hair feeling refreshed and very manageable . The staff was very polite , thoughtful and very helpful too .
