Had a very successful experience at the collingwood location. Friendly staff, great service and the Players Championship of golf was on. Did I mention my haircut was free because I had a buddy card. From someone who doesn't trust many people with their hair I'd safely say I would go back again. Thanks to Linda for the great cut.

I like the hot towel, really relaxing. Staff are really great. The lady who did my last haircut(shave head) was really good. I wanted a zero cut so she first used the main cutter and did it to a zero then went over again with the mini cordless shaver to get an even closer cut. First time someone had done that and i liked it better with the extra closer shave.

The hot towel

The first time was free and that was a great plus which I am sure you won't be able to do all the time. Seriously, the experience was very nice. The only criticism I might have is the vibrating chair during the hair wash. It's a good idea, but the chairs are too small and the duration is not long enough to make a lasting impression.
Lori was my haircutter and she is a good ambassador.
